Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to pretend everything is fine or filter yourself to make things sound “reasonable.” I bring warmth, curiosity, and real human connection into our work, but I’m also direct in a way that helps you actually move forward rather than staying stuck in the same loops.
We look at your patterns together — not from a place of judgment, but with clarity and compassion. I’ll gently challenge the stories that keep you overwhelmed, help you understand where they come from, and support you as you build new ways of responding. I’m here to validate your experience and also help you see what’s underneath the surface so you can create meaningful, sustainable change.

Nervous System Regulation
I pay close attention to how your mind and body respond to stress, conflict, and overwhelm. Instead of treating anxiety or shutdown as random symptoms, we look at the patterns your nervous system has learned over time and what those responses are trying to protect you from.
In session, we move at a pace that feels grounding rather than overwhelming. You’ll learn to recognize your own stress cues, understand why your reactions make sense, and build strategies that help you feel steadier and more in control. My goal is to help you feel regulated, understood, and supported as you work toward real, lasting change.
My approach blends practical tools with deeper self-understanding, so you’re not just talking about what’s hard — you’re actually learning how to navigate it differently. I pull from CBT, ACT, and parts-informed work to help you identify the thoughts, beliefs, and habits that keep you stuck, and then we build strategies that genuinely fit your life.
Together, we work on reducing spiraling thoughts, managing emotional intensity, strengthening boundaries, and responding to stress in healthier ways. You’ll learn skills that you can use outside of sessions — in moments of anxiety, conflict, overwhelm, or self-doubt — so therapy doesn’t feel abstract or disconnected from your real-world experience.
